Sales Representative

If you “know your stuff” when it comes to computers and related hardware, then you should consider joining Directec’s team of sales professionals in our Louisville, KY headquarters. Directec Corporation is a nationwide reseller of brand name computers, software, accessories and peripherals and has been an industry leader in customer service for over 15 years.

We are currently expanding our sales division and are seeking motivated individuals to join our team. As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for selling a broad selection of brand name IT products to small and medium businesses.

Position Responsibilities:

• Prospect potential customers, through outbound calling, from company provided leads.

• Responsible for meeting/exceeding call goals as well as sales goals on a monthly basis.

• Initiate and build customer base and account portfolio.

• Place orders and quotes efficiently using established customer database systems.

• Manage acquired accounts by growing relationships with your customers.

What do you need to be a successful Directec Sales Executive?

• The demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced work environment

• Self-motivation, goal orientation, and strong ability to learn in a hands-on setting

• Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone in a cold calling sales environment

• Proficient with basic computer functions, including Internet Browser navigation and email

• Plus a working knowledge of products from HP, IBM, Cisco, and Microsoft will jump start your success.
